Once you have decided on your holiday arrangements we will take a firm reservation by telephone using your credit/debit card details for the initial payment.
If you wish to pay by cheque we can 'hold' the property for three working days pending receipt of your cheque. A 2% handling charge will be applied to credit cards but not debit cards. We can accept Visa, Master, Switch, Maestro and Delta.
An initial payment of one third of the 'inclusive holiday' price is payable as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
If you are booking within 60 days of your holiday, full payment will
be required.
All bookings are accepted subject to our 'booking conditions'. Please
familiarise yourself with these as attached.
We will send you a confirmation invoice detailing your property reservation
and the date on which the balance is due (60 days prior to the holiday)
plus a refundable security deposit. Please check the confirmation invoice
carefully as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if anything
appears to be incorrect. It may not be possible to amend details at
a later date if we have not been notified of any inaccuracies, expenses
may be incurred (see booking conditions).
We will send you a documentation pack 7-21 days prior to your holiday
date. This will contain full details of key arrangements, parking etc.
