A
large spacious self catering accommodation sleeps up to 14 people in
comfort. Recently refurbished to a good standard providing modern facilities
in an historic building ensuring a comfortable stay in Lyme Regis.
The first floor consists
Six bedrooms, four of which are en-suite the other two have their own
wash basin, the bathroom is across the hall. Three bedrooms have pine
window shutters. There is an additional toilet on the same floor. Five
bedrooms have colour television and all have secondary glazing.
The ground floor consists
- One twin bedroom en-suite with television.
- Dining room with beamed ceiling and wooden floor, seating 16 guests.
- Lounge with beamed ceiling, pine window shuters, gas log effect, original lintel, inglenook fireplace, four sofas, two window seats, pool table, Freeview television and DVD and radio/CD player.
- Thirty foot kitchen with solid oak fronted units in shaker style and wooden floor. Washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Gas range style cooker, eight burners two ovens and grill recessed into the original fireplace. Eight foot refectory table with seating.
- All linen including towels (please bring your own beach towels), central heating gas and electricity are provided at no extra charge.
- Children are welcome and a cot is provided but please bring
your own linen.
Regretfully we cannot accept domestic pets (guide dogs excluded).

Situated in the very heart of Lyme Regis and only 100 yards of flat walking from the sea, town centre, restaurants, art galleries and shops, a further few minutes walk takes you to the harbour, gardens and beaches.
Lyme Regis offers plenty of activities for people of all ages, events are planned during the Summer especially during the festivals, we have our Jazz week, Lifeboat Week which includes a display by the world renowned Red Arrows and our Carnival and Regatta to name a few. The Lyme Regis Tourist Board will have further details.
As
part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline, fossil hunting is
hugely popular with visitors and professionals alike. There are
many walking tours and specialist local shops will provide you with
guides and equipment should you need it. Other outdoor activities
nearby include; golfing, horse riding, fly fishing, sea fishing,
wreck diving, sailing, power boating, walking, paragliding and bird
watching. For those who wish to stimulate their ‘little grey
cells’ the literary connections with Jane Austen, Beatrice
Potter, John Fowles and Inspector Morse should keep you busy.
